Sit or lie down and tilt your head backward.
Place your index finger on the soft spot just below the lower lid, generally pull down to form a pocket and look up.
Squeeze one drop into the pocket in your lower lid.
Close eye for 2-3 minutes without blinking .
Blot around eyes to remove any excess.
